Keep Moving, With or Without Recognition

What really determines our growth?

For me, growth begins with a simple question:

“What am I taking ownership of today?”

Ownership means accepting responsibility for what I do, how I respond, what I learn and what I choose to improve—both in my personal and professional life.

I may not be able to control every situation, but I can control my:

ATTITUDE → RESPONSE → EFFORT → LEARNING → NEXT ACTION

That is where the growth mindset begins.

What is a Growth Mindset?

A growth mindset is the belief that our abilities, skills and effectiveness can be developed through learning, practice, feedback and persistence.

Instead of saying:

"I am not capable.” say “What do I need to learn?”

“I failed.”say “What did this experience teach me?”

"Someone else is better than me.”say “What can I learn from them?”

The goal is not to become perfect.

The goal is to become better than yesterday.

What is a Goal Mindset?

Having a goal mindset doesn't mean being obsessed only with the final result.

It means knowing:where & why I am going? What action can I take today?

A big goal becomes achievable when it is converted into small daily actions.

Dream → Goal → Plan → Daily Action → Review → Improvement → Progress

Your success ladder is built one day at a time.

I strongly believe that how we design our day influences how we experience our life.

Before beginning the day I always ask:what  important task needed to accompish today?

-my personal responsibility towards family & socia networking-

-my daily health & fitness routins to fulfill- ecercise, doiet and gratitude journoling

-my financial requirement and obligation

-my learnib for a day and and professional networking

And at the end of the day:

What did I accomplish? learn?how to be better than yesterday?

This simple reflection creates a cycle of awareness → action → learning → improvement.

What if you are recognised?

Accept it with gratitude.

“Thank you. I appreciate the recognition.”

Recognition tells us that our contribution has been noticed.

But self-belief tells us to continue even when nobody notices.

And what if you are NOT recognised?

Keep moving.

Sometimes the reward is:the skill you developed, the confidence you gained, the person you helped, the problem you solved,

the experience you accumulated,or the person you became in the process.

Growth is simply:showing up again.learning again.trying again.improving again.moving forward again.

Every moment gives us a choice:

React or Respond.

Complain or Learn.

Stop or Move Forward.

I choose to learn, own, adapt and move forward.

our success ladder is built through the small decisions we make every single day.

My reminder to myself:

Design my day with purpose

Own your actions.

Learn from your experiences.

Keep improving. Keep moving.

Because growth is not a destination—it is a way of living.

Thank you IMPA.
